Jessie joined our unit with 3+ years of previous PACU and CTICU experience and quickly established herself as a highly competent, reliable, and knowledgeable medical professional.  She has consistently displayed excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, always remaining highly adaptable to any situation.  I have witnessed multiple instances where Jessie has handled clinical emergencies and resolved difficult situations with ease. Jessie is a highly organized and motivated individual, always willing to take on more responsibility and participate in new initiatives.
